Suparna Chatterjee is a NFNLP certified master practitioner in Neuro-linguistic programming & CBT coach. Founder of Empoweredmynd, an initiative built on a simple yet powerful belief that every individual deserves the opportunity to succeed by intentionally developing the right skills.
She firmly believes that success is not an accident of circumstance, but a skill that can be cultivated. Grounded in neuroscience, we now understand that the human brain possesses lifelong neuroplasticity, the capacity to grow, adapt, and rewire at any age. With the right guidance, evidence-based tools, and consistent practice, individuals can build confidence, resilience, clarity, and high performance and ultimately become architects of their own destiny.
Over the years, she has supported hundreds of executives, young adults, and children in unlocking their potential through science-backed, practical training interventions. Her work focuses on equipping individuals not just with motivation, but with measurable skills that create lasting personal and professional transformation.
